2. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment details.

  • Ensure goods are properly packaged and labeled.

  • Disclose the nature, value, weight, and dimensions of all goods.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ensure that shipments do not contain prohibited or restricted items.

You are responsible for any loss, damage, fines, or delays caused by inaccurate information or improper packaging.

3. Prohibited Items

Clients may not ship

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous materials (unless pre-approved in writing)

  • Explosives, firearms, or weapons (unless legally authorized and declared)

  • Perishable goods without prior agreement

  • Any items prohibited by applicable law

Xhaul Logistics reserves the right to inspect shipments when required.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on weight, size, distance, service type, and other applicable factors.

  • All payments must be made as agreed (e.g., upfront, upon delivery, or per invoice terms).

  • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

  • Additional charges may apply for storage, re-delivery, customs delays, incorrect addresses, or special handling.

5. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Xhaul Logistics is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information may result in additional charges.

6. Liability & Limitation

  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods or a capped amount per shipment, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Loss of profits

    • Delays beyond our reasonable control

    • Damage due to improper packaging

Claims must be submitted in writing within [7–14] days of delivery.

7. Insurance

Basic coverage may be included where applicable. Additional cargo insurance can be purchased upon request prior to shipment. Clients are encouraged to insure high-value goods.

8. Cancellations & Refund

  • Cancellations must be made before dispatch.

  • Refunds may be subject to administrative or processing fees.

  • No refunds will be issued after services have been completed.

9. Storage & Unclaimed Goods

  • Storage fees may apply for goods not collected within the agreed timeframe.

  • Unclaimed goods after [30–90] days may be sold or disposed of to recover costs, subject to applicable laws.

10. Force Majeure

Xhaul Logistics is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose shipment details except as required by law or necessary to perform the Services.
